RMA Policy
| A. | No returns are allowed without prior authorization from CONTEC.. |
| B. | CONTEC will issue an RMA number that will serve as proof of authorization |
| C. | The RMA number is only valid for 30 days |
| D. | The RMA will be void if the returned product is incomplete, the serial numbers dont match or if the product is returned still integrated with another company's product. |
| E. | Products returned for RMA must be packaged properly with the RMA number clearly written on the packaging. |
| F. | Products returned under warranty shall be accepted under CONTEC's Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions that were in effect at the time the product was purchased. |
| G. | Authorized RMAs that are received outside of the warranty shall either be returned to the purchaser or repaired at the purchaser's expense. |
| H. | CONTEC will not receive any unauthorized RMA shipments (those with an invalid RMA number or with no RMA number). Product will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense. |
| I. | Cross-shipments are not allowed without pre-approval. |
| J. | Purchaser should inspect all products and confirm the quantity upon receipt. Subject to Seller's Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions, purchaser's claims for damaged, incorrect poroduct, or shortages must be reported to CONTEC within 30 days of shipment in U.S., 60 days, outside of U.S. If a claim is not made within this timeframe the shipment shall be considered an unqualified acceptance of products, relieving CONTEC of all responsibilities for the accuracy of the shipment. |
| K. | Subject to their Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions, CONTEC shall repair or replace any damage Goods and make up any shortage in the shipment. |
| L. | Delivery of repaired or replaced product shall be done in a timely manner. |
| M. | Refund requests will only be give within the first 30 days after the product has been received by the purchaser, a non-refundable credit may, at CONTEC's discretion, be given on products returned within 60 of receipt. CONTEC reserves the right to charge restocking or handling fees, dependent upon the circumstances for the return. |
| N. | Products shipped for evaluation are subject to the same policy listed above. |
| O. | CONTEC reserves the right to amend, modify, and/or revoke any its return policies and procedures with or without prior notice. |
