ORDERING
When placing an order by phone please send confirming paper work by email, fax or mail. For quicker processing include the following:
- Purchase order number
- Name and phone number of contact person
- Bill-to and Ship-to address
- Product name and number
- Quantity of products ordered
- Preferred method of shipment
- Sales tax status and resale certificate (if applicable)
PRICES
For current prices and availability contact your local sales representative. All prices listed are domestic US rates, in effect at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
OEMs, System Integrators, Consultants, End Users and Reseller inquires welcome. For educational, quantity and other discounts please contact your sales representative. We are pleased to provide written quotations, which are valid for thirty (30) days.
30 DAY EVALUATIONS
CONTEC offers products for 30 day evaluations. Ask your sales representative for details and availability.
We provide over 350 specialized products for your operator interface equipment and data acquisition needs. Our highly trained technical sales staff is ready to assist you and discuss your system requirements.
At CONTEC we want to know what you think. If you have a comment on an evaluation unit or idea for a new product, call us. If you have suggestions for improving our service, please let us know.
NORMAL DELIVERY
Every effort will be made to expedite your order, process it and meet your desired delivery deadline. Please call us for shipping schedules on your products. All in-stock DAQ products ship same day and IPC products ship within 10 business days.
TERMS
- All prices are FOB San Jose, California in US Dollars.
- All applicable state taxes and shipping charges are extra. They are prepaid and added to sales invoice.
- Shipping is via UPS unless otherwise requested.
- A $10.00 handling charge is added to all orders.
- Payment to CONTEC may be in the form of: approved company checks, Visa, Mastercard, certified check or money order.
- We offer net 30 day terms upon credit approval.
RMA POLICY
Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any item, including: repairs, replacements, exchanges or evaluation orders.
Replacement or repair will be free of charge for all items under warranty only when merchandise is returned to CONTEC. Freight needs to be prepaid and include a copy of the original invoice.
In case of returns, other than for repair or replacement of items under warranty, the following handling and restocking charges will apply:
- 15% restock fee for off-the-shelf products and 25% for custom configured systems.
- All applicable state taxes and shipping charges are extra. They are prepaid and added to sales invoice.
- Shipping is via UPS unless otherwise requested.
- No returns for credit will be accepted after 30 days.
- Contact your sales representative for specific warranty information.
